SK Poultry Services was founded by Sam Kenworthy in 2015 after he fell in love with the UK Broiler Industry whilst selling a new and environmentally friendly miscanthus poultry bedding to growers across the country.  The company was originally a Trader Of All Things, utilising Sam's knowledge and problem solving strengths. The company was incorporated in 2016 when Glynis (AKA Mum) joined the team to help with Admin and Sales

 

 The company quickly moved into importing house equipment from China and Asia, with budget equipment installed that is still operational to this day!

In true entrepreneurial style expansion was soon made to physical site activities, when the potential benefits of Thermal Fogging emerged.  Adding a sprayer and other equipment to the felt, this soon became a central part of the business, employing two full time members of staff operating up and down the company

The company was joined by Christine (AKA Wife) in 2024 when Glynis retired, and Sam soon returned full time to the company as it developed and grew into other areas of Poultry site works including washing, direct live treatment applications and equipment service works, with more staff coming on board

With the current costs of running a business and employing staff grew, and exciting new Product Representative deals were won, the decision was made in 2026 to discontinue site works and concentrate on Equipment Supply.  The longstanding product catalogue has been joined by new innovative feed systems and advanced function heating equipment, which we are launching onto the UK market to be complemented with our unbeatable Customer Service and reputation
